Send an appointment alert test for the authorized workspace

Interactive requests require current membership; supplied workspace selectors must agree. Referenced triggers, flows and contacts must belong to that workspace; selected contacts also require existing contact visibility. Any supplied resource ID must be a hyphenated UUID string on the signed-in path.
