LeadPerfection booking log (newest first)

Every booking the AI or booking page sent to LeadPerfection, with where it stands - booked (lead id), queued (waiting in LP's inbound queue), refused, unknown (check LP before booking again), sending or not_sent. Pass contact_id for one contact.
