Lightweight Voice AI summary for the Calling tab

Returns only the per-assistant breakdown, call dispositions, and questionnaire-completion stats used by the Calling → AI Analytics tab. Skips the full dashboard's appointment fetch, contact-stage loops, and transcript columns for a much faster cold load.
