`POST /test/twilio/{workspaceId}`

Internal test endpoint that exercises the shared inbound Twilio orchestrator without provider signature validation.

## Path parameters

- `workspaceId` (`post/test/twilio/workspaceId.path.workspaceId`; string, required) — Workspace to use for the test inbound SMS.

## Request body

_Required._

- `MessageSid` (`post/test/twilio/workspaceId.MessageSid`; string, optional)
- `From` (`post/test/twilio/workspaceId.From`; string, optional)
- `To` (`post/test/twilio/workspaceId.To`; string, optional)
- `Body` (`post/test/twilio/workspaceId.Body`; string, optional)
- `NumMedia` (`post/test/twilio/workspaceId.NumMedia`; string, optional)

Test inbound SMS accepted.

### 400

Missing required Twilio fields.

Workspace not found.
