`POST /api/integrations/leadperfection/call-queue-suggestions/refresh`

Forces a fresh read of the LP code tables (bypassing the 24h cache), proposes criteria for each queue, inserts new pending suggestions, re-opens dismissed ones LP has renamed, and stamps rename / removal markers on approved queues. Never creates or deactivates a call queue. Requires LP_CALL_QUEUE_SYNC and an active Lead Perfection connection.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Header parameters

- `x-workspace-id` (`post/api/integrations/leadperfection/call-queue-suggestions/refresh.header.x-workspace-id`; string, required)

### 200

Sync summary (lp_queue_count, inserted, updated, pending, write_errors).

### 403

LP_CALL_QUEUE_SYNC is not enabled for this workspace.

### 404

No active Lead Perfection connection.

### 502

Lead Perfection rejected the code-table read.
