`POST /api/field-sales/locations`

Body: name, kind (store|event|canvass), street/city/state/zip, radius_meters (25-2000), lead_source_tag, optional pin {latitude, longitude}. A pin is PINNED; otherwise the address is geocoded and kept only at ROOFTOP precision (geocode: rooftop|needs_pin|no_address|unavailable).
