`POST /api/call-center/recovery/refresh`

Scans up to 25 completed human or Voice AI call analyses created in the last 30 days using original transcript-backed evidence. Calls without a completed analysis are not included. Pass nextCursor from the previous response to continue without skipping tied timestamps. Does not dial or send messages. Requires current membership.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Header parameters

- `X-Workspace-Id` (`post/api/call-center/recovery/refresh.header.X-Workspace-Id`; string, required)

## Request body

  - `createdAt` (`post/api/call-center/recovery/refresh.cursor.createdAt`; string, required)
    - format `date-time`
  - `id` (`post/api/call-center/recovery/refresh.cursor.id`; string, required)
    - format `uuid`
- `before` (`post/api/call-center/recovery/refresh.before`; string, optional, deprecated) — Legacy timestamp-only cursor. Prefer cursor to preserve tied timestamps.
  - format `date-time`
