`POST /api/call-center/appointment-delivery/{changeId}/retry`

Manager only, contact scoped. Only needs-review changes can be retried. Completed steps and appointment data remain intact. The processor resumes unfinished work.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Path parameters

- `changeId` (`post/api/call-center/appointment-delivery/changeId/retry.path.changeId`; string, required)
  - format `uuid`
