`PATCH /api/voice-campaigns/{campaignId}`

Supports optional number_pool_id. Caller selection changes are permitted only in draft; other existing campaign fields retain their behavior. This endpoint does not dial.

## Authentication

- `BearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`, format `JWT`

## Path parameters

- `campaignId` (`patch/api/voice-campaigns/campaignId.path.campaignId`; string, required)
  - format `uuid`
